We’re looking for someone who can own paid performance end-to-end — from strategy to execution — while working directly with the Leadership. This role is not for general digital marketers or SEO/SEM professionals. We're building scale — and we need someone who lives and breathes performance.

We’re currently hiring for four distinct tracks under this role:
1-Lead Generation – US market-focused
2- E-commerce Campaigns – India & US
3-Search Arbitrage (RSOC) – Meta-focused arbitrage performance
4-Meta Expert – Platform-specific mastery & scale

✅ What You’ll Bring
1-8+ years of hands-on media buying experience (Meta & Google)
2-Proven track record in performance campaigns for relevant verticals
3-Strong knowledge of RSOC campaigns (for arbitrage-focused roles)
4-Excellent command of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
5-Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and own ROAS
6-Strong communication & performance reporting skills

� Tools & Trackers (Mandatory)
Experience with: RedTrack, Voluum, Trackier, Optimiser, SEMrush, Hyros, AppsFlyer, Branch, Google Analytics, or similar.
