Senior Medical Sales Representative

Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to manage and grow our pharmaceutical business through retail medical shops. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with retailers, promoting products, managing orders, and ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail pharmacies regularly to promote and sell company products.
-Generate and follow up on orders from medical shops.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to retailers.
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing retailers and onboard new ones.
- Ensure outstanding payments are collected as per credit terms.
- Monitor competitor activities and share feedback with the sales team.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Handle credit notes, returns, and any retailer-related issues responsibly.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Intermediate with experience in pharma retail sales.
- 4–10 years of experience in field sales or pharma distribution preferred.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of local pharmacy market.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
