Job Summary
Prana Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team. The main responsibility will be to increase our referrals in new market of Raleigh and surrounding areas. The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our customer base, delivering product/ service demos, and upselling solutions to meet client needs. A background in marketing, CRM software like Salesforce, and negotiation skills are highly valued to drive success in this position.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within assigned territories through effective territory management.
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and market analysis to optimize outreach efforts.
- Utilize CRM software such as for tracking leads, managing customer information, and analyzing sales data.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to effectively position solutions in the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare is a must. We will prefer candidates with experience in Big Pharma or Medical Device Companies.
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging clients effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and customer relationship management.
- Ability to conduct compelling product demos and presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies.
- Analytical skills for assessing market opportunities and developing targeted sales approaches.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
