About the Role
We are looking for a Senior MEP Systems Integration Manager
to join our MEP Department team in our regional office in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight and technical leadership for MEP systems across design, procurement, coordination, construction, and commissioning phases.

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate cross-discipline technical risks to protect project schedules, cost control, commissioning success, and client acceptance.

Review and validate design documents, specifications, owner standards, contract requirements, and technical submittals, including OFCI/CFCI equipment.

Verify equipment performance criteria, system integration points, controls requirements, redundancy strategies, and quality standards during submittal and shop drawing development.

Validate system-level assumptions related to maintainability, operational performance, reliability, and long-term functionality.

Collaborate closely with project management, design engineering, supply chain, quality, and field teams, as well as external vendors, commissioning agents, and owner representatives.

Support project teams by troubleshooting and resolving complex or non-standard MEP challenges, minimizing field conflicts, schedule impacts, and change orders.

Prepare and support teams for commissioning readiness, ensuring testing, documentation, and turnover activities are executed successfully.

Provide regular technical progress updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to project teams and leadership.

Capture lessons learned, document resolved issues, and contribute to continuous improvement across future projects.

Mentor and coach team members to build technical capability, consistency, and professional growth.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related construction/engineering field and 10+ years of experience in commissioning, startup, or equipment testing (electrical, controls, or integrated systems) OR
- High School Diploma and 10+ years of experience in commissioning, startup, or equipment testing (electrical, controls, or integrated systems).
- Experience supporting mission-critical environments such as data centers, industrial manufacturing, or semiconductor facilities.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and technical equipment submittals, including identifying conflicts or errors.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges requiring conceptual and innovative thinking.
- Outstanding communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel to manufacturing facilities as required.
Preferred:

Familiarity with a broad range of mission-critical data center equipment.
- Experience with modular construction and/or integrated equipment solutions.
- Working knowledge of commissioning management platforms such as CXAlloy and BIM 360.
- Experience validating controls integration, system redundancy, and commissioning strategies.
- Ability to serve as a technical advisor to clients, reinforcing confidence in MEP system performance and reliability.
