Senior Merchandise Manager

Network with buying agents/export houses is a strong advantage

Fluent in crafting emails, pitch decks, and product descriptions

Must be mobile and willing to travel for client meetings, tradefair and exhibitions

Positive, proactive, and performance-focused

DOMESTIC BUSINESS

Handle client queries, order fulfillment follow-ups, and feedback cycles

Identify and establish tieups for new channels of revenue like offline sales, retail stores, bulk sales, hospitality, corporate, interior companies, builders etc

Collaborate with the marketing team to boost conversion rates and average order value (AOV)

Export & B2B Sales

Identify and pitch to international buying agencies, wholesalers, and interior professionals

Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients across Europe, the Middle East, and North America

Coordinate product sampling, pricing, lead times, and negotiations

Maintain and update client pipelines and documentation

Client Engagement & Mobility

Visit prospective and existing clients in Delhi NCR and other key markets

Represent the brand at trade shows, pop-ups, and B2B expos

Prepare and present product decks, catalogs, and custom proposals

Gather and report market insights for product feedback and development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
