Senior Merchandiser/ Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced FMCG Senior Merchandiser/Supervisor to lead and support our merchandising team. The successful candidate will oversee the effective display, stocking, and promotion of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products across retail outlets, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of merchandisers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Plan and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and availability.
• Monitor store layouts, shelf displays, and promotional setups to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, identify gaps, and provide coaching to team members.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance merchandising effectiveness.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in FMCG merchandising, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and category management.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising software/tools is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between store locations.
