Our client an EU based company is seeking a Senior Meta ads Specialist to lead the development and optimization of Meta and Instagram Ads campaigns focused on performance and growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-driven professional with extensive experience managing large-scale accounts, utilizing data-driven insights to drive results, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meta Ads Strategy & Execution: Create and execute tailored Meta Ads campaigns aligned with client goals, audiences, and KPIs.
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization to maximize ROI by improving CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Budget & Performance Tracking: Manage campaign budgets, set bidding strategies, and track performance to meet client objectives.
- Audience Targeting & Keyword Research: Conduct audience research and keyword analysis for precise targeting and effective content strategies.
- Creative Ad Copywriting: Develop engaging, persuasive ad copy to drive audience engagement.
- Client & Team Collaboration: Work with clients to understand needs, provide performance updates, and collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on Meta Ads trends, platform changes, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaigns.
- Tracking & Performance Assessment: Ensure proper setup and functioning of conversion tracking to evaluate campaign success.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data insights to refine ad creatives, targeting, and optimization strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience managing high-spend Meta Ads campaigns, particularly for e-commerce.
- Able to manage a monthly budget of $350,000.
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
- Strong data analysis skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize performance.
- Skilled in copywriting and content creation, with experience using Canva for simple designs.
- Client-focused, with excellent communication and the ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to campaign optimization.
- Experienced with managing large budgets and maximizing ROI.
- Familiar with ChatGPT & custom GPT for content and campaign management.
- Committed to continuous improvement through feedback and self-reflection.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (local time).
