Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Power Apps Developer with over 10 years of professional experience in software development and deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate is a Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (or equivalent) with strong hands-on development capabilities and a proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications.

This role requires a balance of architecture, hands-on development, and technical leadership, with a focus on scalable, secure, and high-performing business solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Design

• Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Define solution architecture, data models, integration patterns, and governance strategies.
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices, security standards, and ALM frameworks.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to stakeholders.

Development & Implementation (Hands-On)

• Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps with complex business logic.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows (cloud & desktop).
• Customize and extend Dataverse including entities, relationships, plugins, and business rules.
• Develop custom components using PCF (Power Apps Component Framework).
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
• Microsoft 365 services
• Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management)
• Third-party systems via APIs

Integration & Advanced Development

• Design and implement integrations using:
• REST APIs / SOAP services
• Azure Integration Services
• Custom connectors
• Work with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript for advanced extensions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.

Governance & ALM

• Establish environment strategy, DLP policies, and governance frameworks.
• Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) including solution packaging, deployment pipelines, and version control.
• Monitor platform usage, performance, and security compliance.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Provide effort estimations and technical roadmaps.

Required QualificationsExperience

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Power Apps solutions.
