Senior / Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus)

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to take ownership of designing, building, and scaling robust web applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Laravel and backend architecture, along with a solid understanding of frontend technologies and modern deployment practices.

You will play a key role in architectural decisions, system design, and performance optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Unlike junior roles, this position requires independent problem-solving, technical leadership, and the ability to drive projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Design, develop, and scale full stack applications with a backend-first approach using Laravel

•⁠ ⁠Architect and implement secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and integrations

•⁠ ⁠Take ownership of backend systems, including performance, reliability, and scalability

•⁠ ⁠Lead database design, optimization, and data modeling strategies

•⁠ ⁠Manage and optimize server infrastructure, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines

•⁠ ⁠Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for performance and system efficiency

•⁠ ⁠Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing

Required Skills

•⁠ ⁠4+ years of professional experience in full stack development

•⁠ ⁠Strong expertise in Laravel and PHP ecosystem

•⁠ ⁠Deep understanding of backend architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs

•⁠ ⁠Advanced knowledge of MySQL (or similar) including query optimization and indexing

•⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

•⁠ ⁠Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)

•⁠ ⁠Strong experience with Git, branching strategies, and collaborative workflows

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with Linux-based server environments and deployments
