Senior Mid wife Nurse

We have required two senior Mid wife nurse for night shift in our gynae department.

Position: Senior Midwife (Female)
Shift: Night Shift

Timings: 8 pm to 8 am.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, compassionate, and professional maternity care to patients during the night shift.
• Assist in normal deliveries and provide antenatal and postnatal care.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Maintain proper documentation, patient records, and handover reports.
• Supervise junior midwives, nursing staff, and support staff during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, hygiene, and infection control standards.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
• Coordinate with on-call gynecologists, pediatricians, and duty medical officers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / BSc in Midwifery (recognized by PNC).
• Valid PNC License is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maternity / labor room.
• Strong clinical knowledge in obstetrics care and neonatal care.
• Excellent communication, supervision, and emergency-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shift.
