What You’ll Be Doing

• Consulting with Purpose - You’ll work directly with mining customers to scope, plan, and implement Deswik’s advanced mine planning software. Expect variety—commodities, mine types, and operational challenges across the region.
• On-Site Collaboration - Travel regularly to customer sites across EMEA & CIS to deliver training, troubleshoot, and embed Deswik solutions into operational workflows.
• Problem Solving with Impact - Use your site-based experience to guide mine design, scheduling, mine operations and optimization projects. You’ll also support business development, customer support and account management.
• Teamwork Without Borders - Work alongside a global network of engineers and developers who “get it”—no egos, just smart people solving complex problems together.

What You’ll Bring

• Significant experience in underground/open pit metals mining (Minimum 5 years)
• Strong background in mine design, scheduling, and production
• Proven user of Deswik.CAD | IS | Schedule (or other mine planning and design software packages)
• Comfortable with frequent travel and working across cultures
• Fluency in Turkish (high - level proficiency) is essential for this role.
• Clear communicator with fluency in English
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning
• Exposure to open pit mining
• PowerBI skills, bilingual fluency (not essential but preferred)
