Senior Mobile Engineer

About us: Join an early-stage startup building mobile-first financial flows for shoppers and merchants across the Gulf.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship the Flutter mobile app for iOS & Android.
• Implement onboarding, wallet flows, contribution UI, push notifications and offline sync.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate real-time APIs and webhooks.
• Write automated tests and help maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile releases.
• Improve performance, memory and battery usage, and produce polished UX.

Requirements (must-haves)

• 4+ years mobile experience; 2+ years production Flutter apps.
• Strong experience with REST/GraphQL integration, websockets/push notifications.
• Experience with payments, wallets, or financial apps (preferred).
• Familiar with CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane/GitHub Actions), unit + widget testing.
• English - technical reading & communication.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with local Arabic RTL layouts and localization.
• Experience with native modules (Swift/Kotlin) for platform-specific features.
