Job Title: Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating compelling and innovative motion graphics that captivate audiences and effectively communicate our brand's message. The ideal candidate possesses a strong artistic vision, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the visual preferences and cultural nuances of the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics for a variety of media, including digital campaigns, social media, commercials, and corporate videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and translate them into engaging visual stories.
• Animate logos, text, illustrations, and other design elements.
• Edit raw video footage and integrate it with motion graphics and sound design.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion design, animation, and the Saudi digital landscape.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring the highest quality of visual output.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of professional experience in motion graphic design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in animation, video editing, and visual effects.
• Full proficiency and understanding of the Saudi market and its design aesthetics are essential.
• Mastery of industry-standard software, primarily Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a plus.
• Excellent sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
