Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Motion Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high-quality animated content across digital platforms and marketing campaigns. This role requires advanced technical skills, creative leadership, and the ability to mentor junior designers while delivering compelling motion content that meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead motion graphic projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring creative excellence at every stage
• Design and produce advanced motion graphics, animated explainers, and visual effects for digital platforms, social media, and events
• Mentor and guide junior motion graphic designers, providing structured feedback and creative direction
• Review and quality-check all motion deliverables before client submission
• Collaborate with creative teams including designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure cohesive output
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
• Stay current with the latest motion design trends and tools to continuously elevate DBOX's creative output

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and motion theory
• Proven portfolio demonstrating a wide range of motion graphic styles
• Experience leading or mentoring junior designers in a creative or agency environment
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Bilingual Language (Arabic + English)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating motion content for UAE government entities, national campaigns, or large-scale events
• Knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar software
• Experience with character animation, kinetic typography, or interactive motion design
• Familiarity with video editing, color grading, and post-production workflows
• Background in producing content for broadcast, LED displays, or large-format event screens
• Awards or industry recognition for motion design work in the GCC region

Key Performance Indicators

• Deliver motion graphic projects on time with a 95%+ on-time completion rate
• Maintain a client satisfaction rating of 90%+ on motion graphic deliverables
• Limit revision rounds to a maximum of 2 per project
• Drive measurable improvement in junior designers' output quality through mentoring
