You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling motion graphics that elevate the brand identity, enhance user experience, and communicate complex ideas with clarity and style.

As the Senior Motion Graphics Designer within Creative Services, you are part of the Marketing and Communications team. Visual storytelling is your focus. This team of highly collaborative global professionals works closely to support our Business Units, Chief Commercial Office, Human Resources and other departments to grow the reputation and awareness of Unisys and to execute strategies that address business priorities.

This is a Bangalore-based role. The Senior Motion Graphics Designer will report to the Design Leader.

What success looks like:

In this role, conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality, engaging motion graphics that promote our brand and various solutions for a variety of platforms including web, mobile, social media, and broadcast. To be successful in this role, you must possess in-depth knowledge of graphic design principles, 2D and 3D development, advanced animation and interactive visual techniques and related production software.

Responsibilities:

• Execute all assigned projects, from conception to delivery
• Design and develop original concepts and storyboards
• Ensure high quality throughout development and in final assets
• Create and refine concepts using typography, video, images and other visual elements using motion design software
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all projects
• Apply motion design techniques that elevate and extend brand elements within the guidelines
• Generate engaging animation ideas to portray concepts that highlight the Unisys brand and its solutions
• Listen to design needs, develop ideas into concepts and pitch them to internal clients and stakeholders
• Liaise with content, digital and marketing teams to develop concepts and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate across the organization to drive high standards of creativity
• Organize working files and final motion assets
• Maintain high standards of quality to ensure only the best work is released
• Stay current with industry standards, trends and tools

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion graphics, interactive design, or relevant field
• 5-8 years of experience as a motion graphics designer
• Portfolio of completed motion graphics projects
• High-energy level and can-do spirit, with passion and enthusiasm that engages others
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and timelines
• Ability to work on PC or Mac platform
• Hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Animate, Dimension, Substance, Figma and other relevant animation and storyboard software
• HTML5 knowledge and application
• Strong visual aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Attention to visual composition details
• Ability to collaborate with a team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively
• Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, dynamic and matrixed professional services structure
