Kimplas Piping Systems Private Limited - A Norma Group Company is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and was established in Nashik, India in 1996 to manufacture Electrofusion (EF) Fittings for use in Water & Gas distribution systems and industrial applications.

Kimplas has a "Pioneer Manufacturer" status in India for production of electrofusion fittings as they were the first to produce in house EF fittings in India. Kimplas has supplied millions of fittings since 1997 to city gas distribution companies in India, UK, Egypt, Indonesia and MENA countries. It has successfully introduced electrofusion fittings in drinking water systems and is today the Market Leader in India both in water and gas segments for electrofusion and compression fittings.

Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:

• Overall Responsible for all Design Projects which are undertaken.
• Responsible for Preparation of drawing, layout, Raw materials specification.
• Target achievement against tool Design plan.
• Initiate new features to reduce cycle time, manpower etc.
• Expedite the possibility for cannibalizing of unused molds wherever is possible.
• Continual improvement of present products in consultation with departments like R&D- Testing, QA & purchase.
• Responsible for attending Tool Trial & Solve problems.
• Support molds break down activities and localization of machine parts.
• Work Breakdown Structure & Code generate for Tool Room in SAP.
• Documentation and sustenance of ISO-Health, safety and environmental standard requirements.

Profile:

• Full time course in Plastics mold Designing &mfg. from CIPET/NTTF/ IGTR. Experienced Min 5 to 6Yrs in Plastic Injection mold Design.
• Deep knowledge in injection mold
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• User of MS Office as well as of AX-System
• SAP, NX is mandatory skill requirements.
