Senior .NET Full Stack Developer (Remote)

US-based software consulting firm working with enterprise clients. Our projects primarily involve *Java, .NET, and other modern technologies*. We are expanding our offshore development team to support full-time client projects (40 hours per week).

Objective:

We are seeking a *recruitment partner* to help us source, screen, and onboard qualified senior developers from low-cost but high-talent regions.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 8+ years in software development (Java, .NET, or related technologies).

* *Work Setup:* Must have a professional remote office setup:

- High-quality camera and microphone.

- Reliable internet connection.

* *Communication Skills:* Fluent English, with a clear and easy-to-understand accent for working with US-based teams.

* *Professionalism:* Strong cultural alignment with US work ethics and client-facing standards.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs3,000.00 - Rs3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
