noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What You’ll Do

Administer Cisco FMC (NGFW) and Cisco Meraki environments.

Design, configure, and maintain telephony systems, including PBX and VoIP.

Manage SIP trunks, phone lines, and extensions.
-
Implement and manage Quality of Service (QoS) for voice traffic.
-
Maintain Cisco devices such as routers, core switches, voice gateways, and firewalls.
-
Design and manage Cisco ISE PIC (Policy and Identity Components).
-
Plan and adjust IP addressing using IP address management tools.
-
Coordinate with ISPs for issues related to PRI, SIP, and DIA lines.
-
Monitor and troubleshoot networks using tools like NetFlow, Zabbix, and ManageEngine.

Automate network tasks and processes.

Work with cloud-based technologies, particularly Azure and Meraki Cloud.
What You’ll Need

7–10 years of relevant hands-on experience.
-
Strong knowledge and experience with:
-
Cisco CUCM, CUBE, MGCP, H.323, SIP, UCCX, CUP, UCS.

Cisco SD-WAN (e.g., Meraki), switching, routing, VPN, and NAC.
-
Network wireless technologies.
-
Familiarity with network monitoring and automation tools.

Certifications:

Required:
CCNA Routing and Switching & Security.

Preferred:
CCNP Routing and Switching or CCNP Enterprise.

Bonus:
Azure Administration certifications, Cisco Collaboration certification.
