Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate information within company databases and internal systems.
Quality Assurance:
Review and verify data entries to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
Record Organization:
Maintain structured digital records, ensuring information is easily accessible and properly categorized.
Cross-Department Coordination:
Collaborate with operations, IT, and administrative teams to ensure data requests and updates are handled efficiently.
Reporting Support:
Assist with preparing internal reports and summaries based on collected data.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or database management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic database systems.
Attention to Detail:
Strong accuracy and ability to maintain high levels of precision when handling large volumes of information.
Typing Speed:
Fast and accurate typing skills with strong organizational abilities.
Communication:
Good written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams.
Mindset:
You are reliable, organized, and capable of maintaining focus when working with detailed information and structured data systems.
Pay: AED32,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
