Senior NOC Engineer / MSP Systems Engineer (Level 2/3)

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience working for an MSP (Managed Service Provider
• RMM Proficiency: Deep experience with platforms like ConnectWise, NinjaOne, N-able, or Kaseya.
• Backup Mastery: Hands-on management of Veeam, Datto, or Acronis in a multi-tenant environment.
• SLA Discipline: Proven track record of meeting strict response and resolution times (SLAs).

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MSP Systems Engineer to manage and optimize complex client environments. This is an infrastructure-heavy role focusing on server stability, virtualization, and proactive management. You will be responsible for maintaining 99.9% uptime for our clients while operating strictly within an SLA-driven model.

Key Technical Responsibilities

• Server & Identity: Build, migrate, and maintain Windows Server (2016-2022) environments and Active Directory (Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, Azure AD integration).
• Virtualization: Manage and troubleshoot Hyper-V and VMware ESXi/vCenter clusters, including resource allocation and performance tuning.
• Proactive Management: Utilize RMM tools to automate patching, monitor system health, and deploy software across multiple client sites.
• Data Protection: Oversee MSP-centric backup solutions (Veeam, Datto, SIRIS); perform regular test restores and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
• Escalation Support: Act as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex infrastructure issues that cannot be resolved by the front-line help desk.

Operational Requirements

• Strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and detailed time-tracking.
• Participation in a high-performing team using a PSA (Professional Services Automation) tool like Autotask or ConnectWise Manage.

Communication Skills: Excellent English Communication is a must.

Timings: 6pm- 3am / full time onsite

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7.

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
