Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Finance,
• Minimum 3 years in procurement experience, preferably in retail,
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with a commercial acumen and focus on internal client needs at all times.
• Strong problem identification and solving skills,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Excellent MS Office skills,
• Team player with a high drive and ability to build long term relationships,
• Preferably experience in using e-procurement platforms
• Strong skills in task follow-up and documentation

Job Description:

• Developing and implementing procurement strategies for Non-Trade services and implementing the purchasing vision including policies and processes to improve the business performance.
• Managing End to End Procurement Process including creating potential suppliers, sourcing and vendor management, negotiation process and contract management.
• Managing Procurement categories within the scope of Non-Trade purchasing activities for various departments.
• Compliance with Company Procurement Policy
• Supporting company’s cost Control and efficiency projects
• Management of supplier performance evaluations, follow-up of contracts, achieving and reporting targeted savings,
• Performing supplier performance evaluation activities,
• Budget control and follow up on budget etc. actual,
• Contract negotiation with suppliers.
