Regional Purchasing Executive – Türkiye HUB

Your Responsibilities

/ Managing procurement processes for our overseas operations, handling supplier relationships, and ensuring the efficient sourcing of high-quality goods at competitive prices

/ Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while respecting cultural differences & maintain the contracts database

/ Work collaboratively with stakeholders in emerging market for different ASEAN countries (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam) and additionally Morocco, Dubai, South Africa to successfully deliver procurement solutions benefiting the stakeholders

/ Identify, drive and realize cost reduction potentials/measures in the area of responsibility

/ Lead the end to end sourcing process, including developing RFQ’s, supplier bid evaluations, negotiations and supplier relationship & performance manegement

Your Profile

/ Strong multicultural communication and interpersonal skills, remote colloboration skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams

/ Minimum 5 years experience preferably in international markets indirect purchasing; Media, creative, digital and PR agencies, promoters, POS, travel, fuel, people transportation, administrative services (cleaning, security etc.) trainings, market research, printing materials, giveaways etc

/ Fluent level of the respective country’s mother tongue and English is a must, knowledge of German is an asset

/ Knowledge of MS Office and SAP Purchasing Modules is an asset

/ No restrictions to travel
