Key Responsibilities

Odoo Development & Customization – Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on specific business requirements.

System Integration – Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and ensure smooth interoperability with other internal systems.

Database Management – Design, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and scalability.

Testing & Quality Assurance – Perform unit and integration testing; work closely with QA teams to identify, fix, and prevent software bugs.

Documentation & Training – Create and maintain technical documentation; prepare user manuals and training materials.

Collaboration & Reviews – Work alongside developers, business analysts, and functional consultants; participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Upgrades & Migration – Assist in upgrading existing Odoo systems and migrating data to newer versions.

Continuous Learning – Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, updates, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.

In-depth knowledge of the Odoo framework and its module development.

Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON.

Strong expertise in PostgreSQL database management.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
