Senior Odoo Implementer

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Odoo Implementer to join our team on-site in Giza. The role involves leading the end-to-end implementation and customization of Odoo ERP systems for clients. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, configuring and testing Odoo modules, providing training and support to clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The incumbent will also identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize client workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Odoo ERP implementation, customization, and support
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and technical documentation
• Strong skills in Python programming and understanding of Odoo framework architecture
• Ability to train clients on Odoo solutions and provide exceptional client support
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with teams and clients
• Proven track record of working on multiple projects under tight timelines
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Previous experience in ERP systems or business applications is preferred
• Experience working in a consultancy environment is an asset
