Serve as the primary hands-on Oracle NetSuite Administrator and Subject Matter Expert

Own day-to-day system administration, configuration, and ongoing platform stability

Manage user roles, permissions, security settings, and access controls in line with internal governance standards

Perform regular system audits, health checks, and reviews to ensure data integrity, performance, and compliance

Evaluate NetSuite releases and new features, recommending practical enhancements aligned with business needs
Governance, Controls & Best Practices

Define, maintain, and enforce NetSuite governance standards, including configuration controls and change management practices

Ensure consistent system usage, data standards, and configuration patterns across subsidiaries
-
Document system standards, configurations, and administrative procedures
-
Ensure NetSuite usage aligns with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial governance
Configuration, Optimization & Support
-
Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows, custom fields, forms, records, dashboards, and reports
-
Build and maintain advanced saved searches and reporting solutions for finance and operations
-
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency
-
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, configuration, and performance issues
-
Act as the primary escalation point for NetSuite-related issues from support teams and super-users
Project Contribution & Enhancements

Contribute NetSuite expertise to implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts as a key functional and technical advisor

Partner with implementation teams to ensure solutions align with internal standards and long-term maintainability

Coordinate with Oracle NetSuite Support and external partners for issue resolution and targeted enhancements

Support testing, validation, and post-implementation stabilization activities
Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement

Partner closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to understand system needs and pain points

Translate business requirements into effective, scalable NetSuite configurations

Clearly communicate system capabilities, limitations, and solutions to non-technical stakeholders

Provide guidance and training to super-users and business teams to promote effective system usage
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing

Promote NetSuite best practices and continuous system improvement
-
Contribute to internal knowledge bases, documentation, and training materials
-
Monitor system usage trends and recurring issues to proactively improve platform maturity
