We are currently seeking to recruit two (2) male Senior-Level Office Administrators with proven experience in global trading operations.

The successful male candidates will demonstrate strong administrative competencies, solid knowledge of international trade procedures, and exceptional organizational and coordination skills. The role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic business environment. Flexibility in working hours and task management is essential.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in office administration at a senior level
  • Practical knowledge of global trading operations (documentation, compliance, logistics coordination, banking processes, etc.)
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • High proficiency in organizational planning and workflow management
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
