MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To support regional cargo sales performance through proactive account management, market analysis, and coordination with GSAs and internal teams by strengthening customer relationships, supporting pricing initiatives, and facilitating communication between the Commercial and Operations teams to maintain high service standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the achievement of cargo revenue, tonnage, and yield targets for assigned regions through effective sales follow-up and market engagement.

Coordinates with GSAs to monitor performance, ensure compliance with sales targets, and support local promotional or business development activities.

Maintains regular communication between Commercial (Sales, Pricing, Capacity) and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements and service standards are consistently met.

Analyzes sales and market data to identify trends, revenue opportunities, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to management.

Assists in managing key customer accounts within the assigned region, including follow-ups on quotations, contracts, and service feedback.

Monitors and reports on GSA performance KPIs, revenue achievements, and capacity utilization to support management reviews.

Coordinates the implementation of commercial initiatives such as rate actions, seasonal promotions, and incentive schemes in collaboration with the Pricing and Capacity teams.

Prepares regional sales reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing performance and market updates.

Supports the onboarding of new agents or GSAs, ensuring alignment with flydubai Cargo’s sales procedures and brand standards.

Represents flydubai Cargo during trade events, customer visits, or regional meetings to strengthen relationships and enhance brand visibility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)

Fluent in English

Minimum 5 years of experience in cargo sales, key account management, or commercial support within an airline or GSA environment. Strong understanding of air cargo products, rate structures, and regional sales dynamics. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with both freighter and belly cargo operations advantageous but not mandatory.

ISR Requirements: Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
