Senior Online Merchandiser - Arabic Speaking

Role Overview:

Support the day-to-day execution of ecommerce operations across site merchandising, promotions, reporting, product readiness, and omnichannel fulfilment, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Assist in optimizing the digital customer experience by monitoring site functionality, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute commercial and content strategies as directed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with phasing and splits of revenue and volume budgets as directed.
  • Prepare daily/weekly trade reports as requested.
  • Support and prepare input for monthly/quarterly/annual reports as requested.
  • Daily site checks of key web/app links, product availability and findability within them and their visual merchandising.
  • Periodic reviews and updates of the homepage menus and web/app filters vs global sites and local trends and campaigns to optimise user experience.
  • Raising & testing bugs and performing UATs as directed.
  • Identify, select & share content assets from brand repositories with the growth, content & creative teams.
  • Share briefs with the creative & content teams for marketing asset requirements for web/app (Airtable).
  • Creation of Category IDs and links (Akeneo) as requested.
  • Visual merchandising of the created categories/collections (Akeneo/SFCC) in line with directed strategy.
  • Create promotions on system as directed and submit for approval.
  • Check price changes go live as expected.
  • Monitor competitor promotional activity and key product pricing Inventory & Product Management.
  • Execute tasks related to omnichannel fulfilment including providing reports, updating buffers as directed, raising tickets for technical requests and coordinating store activation and requirements
  • Assist with providing volume forecasts to warehouse team
  • Review size health on key categories and products, flagging any issues as appropriate
  • Partner with catalog team to check readiness for key products and seasonal launches
  • Under the guidance of senior team members identify and deactivate products as needed
  • Support with identifying and requesting inventory transfers across markets Management
  • May assist in training new team members or interns, but will not have direct managerial responsibilities.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in using website content management systems and e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce, Akeneo, Fluent, etc.
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to interact with multiple software systems.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Interact with multiple internal teams (e.g. data & catalogue, tech, operations, supply chain) to ensure alignment of task
