About Rosina:
Rosina Food Products, Inc., a family-owned leader in the frozen food industry for over 60 years, proudly manufactures and distributes premium Italian specialties and meat products across North America. With continued growth across our facilities, we are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join our Finance team to support manufacturing operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Position Summary:

The Senior Operations Analyst plays a key role in analyzing, reviewing, and reporting operational data from Rosina’s manufacturing plants. This position supports the Operations Controller and plant leadership by providing insights into production performance, efficiency, and cost control. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally across Operations, Finance, and Maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to track plant performance.

  • Review production work orders for accuracy and work with Operations to correct discrepancies.

  • Conduct daily yield and variance analyses to identify efficiency opportunities.

  • Investigate production variances and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Maintain accuracy of maintenance parts inventory and reconcile monthly reports.

  • Process co-packing invoices, validate pricing, and prepare accruals and reconciliations.

  • Support forecasting, run-rate analysis, and production tracking initiatives.

  • Recommend and implement system and process improvements to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

  • Assist with internal audits and cross-functional data validation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field

  • 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, operations reporting, or manufacturing support.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with Power BI and Sage X3 is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
