Responsibilities
    • Lead and oversee daily operations across [functions, e.g., business operations, customer operations, risk, compliance, technical services].
    • Design, implement, and improve scalable processes and workflows to support growth of the middle office function
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Risk, Tech, Customer Success) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
    • Monitor operational KPIs, generate insights, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
    • Drive automation, tooling, and system improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
    • Act as a key decision-maker for high-impact operational matters.
Requirements
    • Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 7+ years of relevant experience in operations, business management, or strategy (preferably in [industry, e.g., fintech, payment]).
    • Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Comfortable working with data, tools, and systems.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results across teams.
