About the Role:

The Senior Manager – Operations will oversee the smooth execution of day-to-day operations, drive process optimization, and ensure alignment between business goals and operational performance. This role requires strategic vision, leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational goals

🔹 Drive process optimization, cost efficiency, and resource management initiatives

🔹 Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team

🔹 Collaborate across departments including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT

🔹 Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational excellence

🔹 Leverage data insights to guide decision-making and performance improvement

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)

✅ 8–12 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role

✅ Proven success in improving processes, managing large-scale operations, and optimizing performance

✅ Strong leadership, analytical, and change management skills
