Role Overview

We are looking to onboard a Senior Operations Manager with 5–10 years of proven experience in the private security services industry. This is a key leadership role for a highly driven professional who can expand operations, increase deployments, win new business, and rapidly scale guard strength and client footprint.

The role combines operations leadership and business development, with direct accountability for growth, service quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale end-to-end security operations across multiple client locations and geographies
• Drive business growth through new client acquisition and increased security deployments
• Develop and manage relationships with industrial, commercial, institutional, and corporate clients
• Recruit, train, deploy, and retain security personnel at scale, ensuring quality and discipline
• Build strong operational systems, supervisory structures, and field-level leadership
• Ensure high service standards, client satisfaction, and adherence to SLAs
• Oversee compliance with statutory requirements, labour laws, and security licensing norms
• Work closely with Group leadership to identify new markets, sectors, and expansion opportunities
• Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalisation with clients
• Establish a performance-driven culture focused on growth, accountability, and results

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in operations and business development within a reputed private security services company
• Demonstrated track record of scaling deployments, manpower strength, and revenues
• Strong operational knowledge of guard recruitment, training, deployment logistics, and client servicing
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-location operations
• Highly dynamic, result-oriented, and execution-focused
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Background in Police, Armed Forces, Paramilitary, or Defence services
• Prior experience working with large industrial, manufacturing, or institutional clients
• Exposure to compliance, audits, and regulatory frameworks in the security industry
