Senior Operations Specialist

1. JOB PURPOSE:

A Senior Operational Specialist is a professional responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of a business or organization. Their primary focus is on ensuring that processes run efficiently and effectively to meet organizational goals and objectives. This role often involves analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, implementing strategies to streamline operations, and coordinating with various departments or teams to ensure smooth functioning.


2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Track all orders via ERP software.
  • Note inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues.
  • Answer phone calls, process returns and provide online customer service.
  • Review and correct outstanding data of customer’s orders.
  • Coordination with warehouse, sales, and finance departments.
  • Registering IPOs.
  • Professional in Excel Sheet and MS in general.
  • Experience in NUPCO Process is preferable.
  • Oversee and manage project execution from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
  • Follow up on Proof of Delivery (PODs) and Final Acceptance processes.
  • Maintain and analyze data using Microsoft Excel; strong proficiency is required.

3. Education:

Bachelor's degree


4. Experience:

Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in the same position.
