About the job

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain company-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting.
• Purchase order creation and submission.
• Overflow support for sales order and production order entry.
• Backup for local logistic coordinator.
• Engage in other freight traffic monitoring activities as needed.
• Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.

• Analyze workflows and suggest optimization strategies.
• Development or evaluation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as needed.
• Process improvement projects.

• Assist/Lead Safety Committee.
• Assist with warehouse/office duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience of relevant operations/supply chain experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization skills and follow-up skills with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience streamlining processes and eliminating waste to keep costs low while maintaining high quality products or services.

• Dependable and ability to work overtime hours, as necessary.

• Associate’s degree or higher.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain power industrial truck certification.
