Description
Senior Sales Executive, plays a pivotal role in driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives across all our product lines. Reporting to the overall Sales Leader, this position collaborates cross-functionally with Operations, Quality Control, Purchasing, Marketing, Logistics, and company executives. Maintains a strong network and proven success in fresh produce sales, particularly within the green onion segment.

Own and drive revenue, profit, volume, and customer satisfaction for assigned or developed accounts.

Maintain and increase Altar Produce's market share in vegetables, with an emphasis on chives.

Cultivate strong relationships with retail, wholesale, and foodservice buyers.

Evaluate and navigate market trends and competitors to support strategy development.

Partner with buyers to promote chives and other vegetables.

Create and present compelling client proposals and business reviews.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Enter and manage sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Collaborate with Operations and Quality Control to ensure customer product specifications are met.

Coordinate with the Logistics and Finance teams to ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and account reconciliation.

Represent Altar Produce at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve service delivery.

Contribute to continuous improvement in customer engagement and product offering.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in fresh produce sales, with direct knowledge of chives and vegetables.
