What we’re Looking For?

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer & SQL Developer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS modules, PL/SQL development, and database optimization. The ideal candidate should be able to develop, customize, maintain, and support Oracle EBS applications while ensuring high performance, security, and data integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS or related modules).
• Design and write complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, packages, and views.
• Perform EBS R12 customizations, extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reports (CEMLI).
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and database issues related to EBS.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize SQL queries and database structures for performance improvement.
• Develop Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher reports, and OAF pages (if required).
• Support month-end, year-end, and business-critical processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and system reliability across EBS modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, DBAs, and business analysts for seamless operations.
• Prepare technical documents, design specifications, and unit test plans.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Strong command of PL/SQL, SQL tuning, and relational database concepts.
• Experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher.
• Experience in building Interfaces, Conversions, Workflows, and Extensions.
• Solid understanding of EBS modules such as AP, AR, GL, PO, INV, HRMS, or others.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with OAF (Oracle Application Framework) is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an on-site environment.
