Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirement gathering sessions with business and operational stakeholders.

Analyze current business processes and design Oracle EBS solutions aligned with business needs and best practices, covering both standard Oracle functionality and well-designed custom solutions whenever required by business or operational needs.

Prepare functional documents including business requirement documents, fit-gap analysis, functional design documents, setup / configuration documents, and functional specifications for reports, interfaces, customizations, and extensions.

Support and validate setups across Oracle EBS SCM and EAM modules standard and customized modules.

Work closely with technical consultants to deliver custom solutions, reports, workflows, alerts, and integrations.
-
Support data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
-
Prepare and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and UAT support.
-
Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.
-
Coordinate cross-functional flows with Procurement, Inventory, Maintenance, Finance, and other relevant teams.

Troubleshoot functional issues and provide practical solutions during project execution.

Key Skills Required

Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.

Proven experience in end-to-end SCM and EAM implementations.

Strong business analysis and solution design capability.

Ability to prepare clear and detailed functional specifications.

Experience with testing, UAT, training, and production support.
-
Good understanding of Oracle EBS cross-module integration points.
-
Strong troubleshooting and issue analysis skills.
-
Ability to work with technical teams on custom reports, interfaces, AME / workflow, personalizations, extensions, and data migration.
-
Good SQL understanding for functional analysis and validation is preferred.
-
Very good communication skills in English, including conducting workshops, writing professional documentation, and interacting confidently with business and technical stakeholders.

Experience Required

7+ years of Oracle EBS SCM experience.
-
3+ years of Oracle EBS EAM experience.
-
Prior experience in implementation or major enhancement projects is highly preferred.

Experience in facilities management, real estate, engineering, construction, utilities, or maintenance operations is a strong advantage.
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
-
Oracle certifications are a plus.

Strong documentation and presentation skills
