Job Summary As the Senior Oracle OTM & GTM Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our existing OTM/GTM cloud production environment and leading integration efforts with Microsoft D365 ERP and other ERP applications.

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Oracle OTM & GTM Consultant to lead our efforts in managing and integrating Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud solutions. This position will be full-time, long-term contract and onsite.

What You’ll Do

Support and maintain the existing OTM/GTM cloud production environment

Help with testing quarterly updates from Oracle and rolling out new features

Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud

Lead the integration of Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud with Microsoft D365 ERP and other ERP applications

Interact with project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions

Provide production support for logistics applications

Assist in implementation of OTM solution across CS business units

Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, CRPs functional configuration, testing, end user training

Facilitate solution design workshops

Develop business process designs, perform functional configuration and perform unit testing

Develop conversion and system implementation plans

Identify functionality gaps and provide solutions for them

Write function design documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions

Support business users with the execution of test scripts

Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables

Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/key stakeholders on a regular basis

Consistently produce clear and concise status reports

Collaborate with Oracle support for resolving critical bugs

Work independently on projects and production support with minimum supervision

Work with solution architects and technical SMEs to translate project requirements into solution designs, project estimates, and activity plans

What You'll Need

Required:
6+ years’ experience as OTM consultant.

Should be familiar with implementing Inbound and Outbound processes with in-depth experience in OTM Configuration for all processes including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Shipment Execution, Freight Settlement and Claims

Must have at least 1 end to end implementation experience with Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud

Should have a good understanding of the OTM architecture

Should have excellent knowledge on agents, saved queries, workflows and user configurations

Should have good hands-on experience in debugging/troubleshooting critical configuration issues

Should have excellent knowledge OTM/GTM data model and to write scripts in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL

OTM Integration experience with external systems and knowledge on XSLT, XML profiles, OTM Schema, EDI, XML mappings will be an added advantage.

Preferred:
Functional knowledge of other Logistics applications

Strong verbal, written, and technical communication

Strong analytical skills

Certifications : Oracle Cloud OTM/GTM Certification is preferred.

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
