Our client, a Medical Device Manufacturer in Miami, is looking for an expert who can accelerate their Amazon business with greater speed, sharper strategy, and measurable impact.

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager with deep expertise in Amazon advertising and eCommerce growth. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize campaigns across Amazon driving measurable results through data‑driven strategies.

This role requires someone who is exclusively specialized in Amazon — with proven success in Seller Central, advertising, listing optimization, inventory planning, and marketplace expansion — not a generalist across multiple channels.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $150K+ base salary with a strong performance‑based commission structure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Facebook, and other digital channels.
  • Optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine targeting strategies.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon’s advertising policies, trends, and platform updates to leverage new opportunities.
  • Test new ad formats, bid strategies, and audience targeting approaches to continuously improve performance.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of ad spend for maximum ROI.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce and sales teams to align paid media efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in paid media management with a strong focus on Amazon advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing successful Amazon PPC campaigns and other digital advertising channels.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising Console, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Helium 10, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
