About the Role
We're looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes social-first video. Someone who can walk through our jewelry studio on any given day and walk out with a week's worth of content. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk role — you'll be embedded in the action, capturing the craftsmanship, the people, the process, and the product in a way that stops the scroll and builds a brand.
What matters most is your eye. We need someone who already thinks in hooks, knows what makes people watch past the first second, and understands how to turn a 15-second clip into something that drives real engagement.
What You'll Do
Capture day-to-day moments across the studio, shop floor, client interactions, and behind the scenes that tell the brand story authentically. Concept, shoot, and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. Develop content ideas and series that showcase craftsmanship, luxury lifestyle, and the human side of the jewelry business. Stay ahead of platform trends, audio trends, and content formats — and move fast when something is relevant. Edit with pacing, rhythm, and purpose — knowing when a raw authentic feel works and when something needs to be polished. Build and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the creative and marketing team. Post, monitor performance, and learn from analytics to refine what's working. Capture product content for e-commerce and marketing campaigns as needed.
What We're Looking For
A portfolio or personal brand that demonstrates a strong eye for visual storytelling and engaging content. Experience creating short-form video content that has actually performed — show us the numbers. Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and what drives engagement in 2025. Solid shooting skills — you know your way around a camera, understand framing, lighting, and composition. Competency in editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut. The instinct to spot a moment and capture it without needing to be told. Ability to work independently, move quickly, and produce volume without sacrificing quality. Comfort being in a luxury environment around high-value product.
Nice to Have
Experience with jewelry, watches, fashion, or luxury brands. Photography skills alongside video. Motion graphics or animation ability. Experience growing a brand's social presence from the ground up. Your own following or content portfolio that shows you practice what you preach.
Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
