Senior Paralegal

Position: Paralegal

Position Overview:

Paralegal to assist attorney with preparing par/near par and distressed assignment and participation agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and other documentation required to support the firm's loan, trade claims and private equity trading business. coordinate with counterparties to settle transactions.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience at reputable law firm or in-house,
• Excellent drafting skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professional, positive attitude, & team player
• Ability to work well under pressure from internal and external clients
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, motivated, and efficient.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $90,000-$120,000.
