We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our Managed Services client. This role sits at the centre of transaction management, governance documentation and regulatory support, working closely with legal, finance, compliance and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and efficiently managed across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of critical transaction and governance documents, from initial review through execution and archiving
- Act as the central liaison between legal, finance, business and compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Manage KYC, beneficial ownership and related regulatory documentation in line with internal controls and governance standards
- Ensure secure handling of confidential and sensitive information at all times
- Identify and implement improvements to document workflows, approval processes, and record-keeping systems
- Proactively escalate delays, discrepancies, or compliance risks and drive resolution
- Maintain document repositories, trackers and reporting to ensure data accuracy and visibility
- Manage relationships with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Support and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders
- Adapt quickly to proprietary products and client business lines, becoming a subject-matter expert
- Manage multiple client requests and competing priorities to meet delivery timelines
- Identify and resolve gaps in processes and execution
- Partner with clients to design and implement new workflows and operating models
Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies or a related field, or a recognised paralegal certification
- 10+ years’ experience in a paralegal or equivalent legal operations role
- Strong understanding of legal document workflows, KYC, and entity management (preferred)
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Ability to work effectively with both senior and junior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Basic understanding of financial services and investment management operations
Benefits
Paying up to $115,000 per annum / $57.50 per hour (W2).
Paying up to $130,000 per annum / $65.00 per hour (C2C).
12-month contract.
