Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Pattern Cutter, located in Sialkot, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Pattern Cutter will be responsible for developing and modifying patterns for various types of sportswear and combat gear. Daily tasks include creating and adjusting patterns based on specifications, collaborating with designers and production teams, ensuring accurate measurements and fit, and maintaining pattern libraries.

Qualifications

• Experience in pattern cutting and garment construction
• Proficiency in using pattern cutting software and tools
• Strong understanding of textile properties and garment production processes
• Attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in the sportswear or combat gear industry is an advantage
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Fashion Design or related fields
