About the Role:
You will manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure compliance with Egyptian payroll laws, and handle complex payroll cases. You’ll also resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee payroll processing, audits, reporting, and compliance.
  • Maintain payroll systems (Odoo or similar) and answer employee payroll queries.
  • Handle employee grievances, mediate disputes, and investigate misconduct cases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Fluent English (written & spoken).
  • 2+ years in a similar HR role, preferably in outsourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, onboarding/offboarding, and ER investigations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
