Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing, reconciliations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including overtime, deductions, and final settlements (EOSB).
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory payroll requirements.
- Handle timely and accurate End of Service Benefit (EOSB) calculations and disbursements.
- Maintain and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Complete payroll-related tasks and reports for month-end and year-end closing.
- Support internal and external audits with required payroll and HR data; resolve audit findings.
- Drive automation and improvements in payroll and time & attendance systems.
- Ensure proper checks, controls, and validations are in place and consistently executed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all employees and company payroll information.
- Continuously review payroll processes and recommend improvements aligned with best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and payroll accounting.
- Strong understanding of payroll provisions, and financial reconciliation.
- Proficient in payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred:
- Exposure to multinational or large corporate environments.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
