Senior People & Culture Specialist.
The senior people and culture specialist will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth and engaging integration into the company.

Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Employee Relations & Engagement:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.

Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Support the Head of HR in addressing employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.

Contribute to the development and implementation of employee communication strategies.
Performance Management & Development:

Support the administration of the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

Assist in identifying employee training and development needs and coordinating relevant programs.

Maintain employee training records and track the effectiveness of development initiatives.

Support the implementation of career development and succession planning strategies.
HR Operations & Compliance:

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations (especially relevant in Gulf).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.

Support the administration of employee benefits programs.

Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee compensation data.

Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.

Stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices in the Gulf regions.
HR Projects & Initiatives:

Participate in and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee surveys, policy updates, and HR system implementations across the global office.

Support the Head of HR in the development and execution of HR strategic plans
.
Team Support & Collaboration:

Provide support and guidance to other members of the HR team.

Collaborate effectively with all departments within the organization to ensure alignment of HR practices with business objectives.
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

8-10 years of progressive HR experience

Proven experience in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Preferred candidates from Sales or IT Industries.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is essential for this role in Dubai.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Openness to receiving feedback positively and applying it constructively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.
