Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks and KPIs.
Use SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and automation of performance reporting.
Build and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and reports to monitor performance and visualize key metrics.
Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance gaps and propose data-driven solutions.
Prepare and present dashboards, reports, and insights to management for decision-making.
Support continuous improvement by benchmarking against best practices and industry standards.

Job requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
2-3 years of experience in performance analysis, data analytics, or process optimization.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and visualization).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
