As a Senior Performance Manager, you'll spearhead the strategy, execution, and optimization of complex paid media campaigns, driving significant business results. Your leadership and expertise will directly impact client growth by maximizing ROI, pioneering innovative solutions, and fostering a culture of data-driven excellence. You'll be a key architect of our clients' success in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

  • Lead the development and implementation of sophisticated, data-driven paid media strategies aligned with client business objectives and marketing goals, encompassing the full customer journey.
  • Oversee the management of large-scale, multi-channel paid media campaigns across diverse platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic Display, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and efficient budget allocation.
  • Champion advanced optimization techniques, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and algorithmic bidding strategies, to maximize campaign ROI and exceed client expectations.
  • Analyze campaign performance meticulously, identify key trends and opportunities, and present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver compelling performance reports and presentations that clearly articulate campaign results, highlight key achievements, and provide strategic guidance for future growth.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated campaign execution and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key platform partners (Google, Meta, etc.), negotiate favorable terms, and leverage their expertise to drive innovation and enhance campaign performance.
  • Manage complex campaign budgets effectively, allocate resources strategically, and ensure accurate tracking of spend and ROI across all channels.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies, platforms, and strategies to enhance campaign performance and deliver exceptional results for clients.

Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns at scale.
  • Deep expertise in paid search, social, and display advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic Display.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of attribution modeling, audience segmentation, and advanced bidding strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
