We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Google & Meta) to lead ROI-driven campaigns for our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-oriented, and experienced in managing large-scale paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.
• Drive campaign performance to achieve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Conduct audience segmentation, implement A/B testing, and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to design compelling ad creatives and messaging.
• Implement and manage conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel.
• Monitor budgets and pacing to ensure cost-effective campaign delivery.
• Analyze campaign data, uncover insights, and prepare actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Create and present detailed performance reports to internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated on the latest Google and Meta algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta campaigns, preferably for U.S.-based clients.
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies (Target ROAS, Target CPA, Maximize Conversions) and attribution models.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken)—client communication is an essential part of this role.
