Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) with a focus on achieving business goals.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to create high-performing ad creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, specializing in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads with a proven track record of delivering exceptional campaign results.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns).
• Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional planning and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
